    To book a session, you can either fill out the contact form on my website at the bottom of the homepage, give me a call, or send me an email. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a time that suits you.

    All of my training sessions take place at my private, state-of-the-art studio in Swindon. It’s a fully-equipped space where you can focus on your fitness in a comfortable, professional environment.
  • What should I expect during a personal training session?
    Each session is tailored to your goals and fitness level. I’ll guide you through exercises focused on achieving results, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness. We’ll also track your progress and make adjustments as needed to keep you on track.
  • How often should I train with a personal trainer?
    The frequency of training depends on your goals. Most clients start with 1-3 sessions per week, but we can discuss a schedule that works best for you during your consultation.
  • What if I have an injury or health condition?
    Your safety is my priority. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss any injuries or health conditions you have. I’ll tailor your workouts to ensure they are safe and effective for your specific situation.
  • How long are the personal training sessions?
    Each personal training session lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time to work through your customized workout plan and ensure progress towards your fitness goals.
  • How much do your personal training sessions cost?
    I offer three tiers of personal training packages: Silver: 10 sessions at £45 per session. Gold: 20 sessions at £40 per session. Platinum: 50 sessions at £35 per session. These packages are flexible based on your goals and how often you'd like to train.
  • Do you offer any discounts or free sessions?
    I offer a free consultation for new clients, so you can experience what personal training with me is like and what the studio looks like before committing to a package. It is also a great opportunity for me to get to know you, and what you are looking to achieve.
  • Do you offer online training?
    Yes, I provide online personal training for those who prefer remote sessions or need more flexibility. We’ll customize an online plan to fit your schedule and goals. Contact me by phone, email, or via the form on my website to discuss your options.
  • What does an online training program include?
    Online training includes personalized workout plans, progress tracking, and regular check-ins to ensure you’re staying on track. We can also integrate nutritional advice if needed, and all communication is done remotely to suit your schedule.
